Terms and Conditions – d999 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the d999 platform, accessible via the website and mobile application. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or using any other feature of d999, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the definitive version for all purposes. If any translated version creates ambiguity or conflict, the English text takes precedence.

2.Eligibility

3.Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on d999. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested. You must keep your account information up to date at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. 4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on d999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). d999 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as displayed in the cashier section.

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made to d999 are for the purpose of gaming only and do not earn interest.
• d999 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method you use must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

• Before any withdrawal is processed, active bonus wagering requirements must be completed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus wagering requirement is active will either trigger a forfeiture of the bonus or the request will be held until the requirement is met, depending on account settings.
• d999 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal and may delay processing while verification is outstanding.
• VIP members at Diamond and Elite tier receive priority processing for withdrawal requests.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, d999 offers bonuses, reload promotions, free bets and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be displayed alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value before withdrawal is permitted). The applicable multiple will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live Casino games, Fish Games, Bingo and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution table for each promotion will be stated in its specific terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.

6.Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted subject to availability of the relevant market. d999 reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time without notice.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed or abandoned, d999's settlement rules will apply as described in the sportsbook rules section accessible from the betting page.
• Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). Multiple bets containing a void selection will have the void leg removed and odds recalculated accordingly.
• d999 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market, at any time and for any account, at its sole discretion.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected events. In-play odds change rapidly and d999 is not liable for delays in acceptance caused by connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Cricket markets include Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, One Day Internationals (ODIs), Test cricket and other domestic and international competitions as made available on the platform.

Live Casino and Other Games

• All Live Casino games – including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette and Blackjack – are operated via live streams. d999 is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by factors outside its control.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game round that prevents proper completion, the affected round may be declared void at d999's discretion and stakes returned.

• Harassing, threatening or abusing d999 staff, support agents or other players through any communication channel.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on d999 – including but not limited to the platform design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations and any other material – is the property of d999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the d999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape or create derivative works from any part of d999 without express written permission.

10.Limitation of Liability

d999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access.

• d999 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or profits arising from platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity issues or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11.Account Suspension and Closure

d999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the request of the player for self-exclusion.
• If the account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Where d999 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account is not in the interest of the player's responsible gaming or the integrity of the platform.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or breach of Terms, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal or gaming activity for 12 consecutive months. d999 will attempt to notify you before applying any inactivity-related measures. Inactivity fees, where applicable, will be stated in a separate schedule and applied only after notification has been sent to your registered email address.

12.Changes to These Terms
