Account & Registration

Account Questions

Everything about setting up and managing your D999 account.

Registering on D999 is quick and straightforward. Click the Register button, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and password, and confirm your number via the OTP sent to your phone. The whole process takes under three minutes. Once your number is verified, your account is active and you can make your first deposit immediately. D999 is open to adults aged 18 and above only.

No. D999 allows only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are against the platform terms and conditions. If two accounts are detected linked to the same mobile number, device or payment method, both may be suspended. If you have lost access to your original account, please use the password reset function or contact support — do not create a new account.

On the login page, tap the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and you will receive a reset SMS within seconds. Follow the link in the message, set your new password, and you are straight back in. Your wallet balance, VIP status and bet history remain completely intact after a reset.

Basic mobile number verification is enough to start playing and making smaller deposits. However, to access full withdrawal limits and certain higher-tier promotions, D999 may request additional identity verification. This is a standard process on all serious gaming platforms and is designed to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Accounts can be temporarily held if there are multiple failed login attempts, unusual deposit or withdrawal activity, or a pending verification request. In most cases this is an automated security measure. Contact D999 customer support with your registered mobile number and a brief description of the situation — the team can resolve most account holds quickly.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Payment Questions

All about moving PKR in and out of your D999 wallet.

D999 supports all major Pakistan payment options including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (instant bank transfer), standard bank transfers, debit cards and various mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. You do not need a dollar or foreign-currency account to play on D999 — local payments work directly.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your D999 wallet almost instantly — usually within a few seconds of confirming the payment on your mobile. Raast and bank transfers may take a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on your bank. If a deposit has not reflected after two hours, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and contact D999 support with the transaction reference number.

Log in to your D999 account and navigate to the withdrawal section. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Verified accounts with completed identity checks typically see faster processing. Most withdrawal requests are handled within a reasonable window, though exact timing varies by payment provider and account status.

Yes, minimum amounts apply and are displayed at the time you initiate a transaction — so you will always see the current limits before you confirm. Limits can vary slightly depending on which payment method you select. Maximum daily limits also apply per method and may be higher for verified VIP accounts.

Withdrawals can be declined for several reasons: pending bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met, incomplete account verification, entering a withdrawal amount below the minimum, or a mismatch between your registered payment details and the destination account. Check your account notifications for a specific reason, and contact support if the issue is unclear.
Betting & Cricket

Betting & Cricket Questions

PSL, T20s, football, esports and how live betting works on D999.

Absolutely. Cricket is the most popular betting category on D999 for Pakistan players. You can bet on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, one-day internationals and Test series. Markets include match winner, top batsman, total runs, wickets, over-by-over scores and many more. Live in-play betting is available during active matches so you can place bets as the action unfolds ball by ball.

D999 covers a wide range of sports beyond cricket. Football — including major international leagues and tournaments — is very popular among Pakistan players on the platform. You will also find esports markets covering titles like CS:GO, Dota 2 and mobile game competitions. The full list of available sports and upcoming matches is shown on the Betting page once you are logged in.

Live betting lets you place wagers on a match that is already in progress. Odds are updated in real time based on what is happening in the game. For cricket, this means you can bet on the next over's runs, whether a wicket falls in the next two balls, or the final score — all while watching the match live. Markets may briefly suspend during wickets or key moments before reopening with revised odds.

If a match is officially abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum number of overs or play required for settlement, D999 will void the affected bets and return the stake amount to your wallet. The specific settlement rules for each market type are described in the platform terms. Rain-affected matches in cricket follow DLS rules where applicable.

D999 displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the easiest to read — your total return is simply your stake multiplied by the odds shown. You can switch between decimal and other formats in your account settings. All potential winnings are shown in PKR before you confirm your bet so there are no surprises.
Live Casino

Live Casino Questions

How D999 live dealer games work and what to expect at the tables.

The D999 Live Casino section features a wide selection including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, andar bahar and various game show-style tables. All games are hosted by real live dealers streamed in high definition. Multiple table limits are available so both casual players and high-stakes players can find a table that suits their PKR budget.

A stable connection of at least 5 Mbps is recommended for a smooth live dealer experience without buffering. Most 4G mobile connections in Pakistan are sufficient. If you experience lag or freezing, try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa, close background apps, and clear your browser cache. The D999 app is also optimised for lower-bandwidth conditions compared to the browser version.

Live casino games on D999 use real physical cards, wheels and equipment handled by professional dealers on camera — there is no computer-generated outcome involved. What you see on screen is what is actually happening at the table in real time. This format is inherently transparent because every deal, spin and action is visible throughout the game.

If you lose connection mid-hand or mid-round, D999 handles it based on your last confirmed action. If you had already placed a bet and the round completed while you were disconnected, the result will be settled normally and reflected in your wallet when you reconnect. If a bet was not yet confirmed at the time of disconnection, it may be voided. You can check your bet history immediately after reconnecting.
Bonuses & VIP

Bonus & VIP Questions

How D999 rewards and the VIP programme work for Pakistan players.

New players who register and make their first deposit on D999 are eligible for a welcome bonus. The exact bonus amount and terms are displayed on the promotions page after you log in for the first time. Welcome bonuses typically come with a wagering requirement — meaning you need to play through the bonus amount a certain number of times before it converts to withdrawable PKR. Always read the bonus terms before claiming.

Every day you log in to D999 and are active on the platform, you earn a daily login reward. These rewards accumulate as a streak — the more consecutive days you log in, the greater the reward. Streak bonuses are credited to your wallet automatically. Missing a day resets the streak counter, so it pays to log in regularly even on days you are not planning to play for long.

The D999 VIP programme has multiple tiers. You earn VIP points by placing bets and playing games across the platform — cricket betting, live casino, bingo and fish games all contribute. As you accumulate points, you advance through VIP levels. Higher levels unlock benefits including bigger weekly bonuses, faster withdrawal processing, higher withdrawal limits, dedicated account support and exclusive promotions during PSL season and major cricket events.

Bonus funds on D999 come with wagering requirements. This means you need to place real-money bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you need to wager PKR 5,000 across eligible games before that bonus can be withdrawn. Your current progress towards the wagering requirement is visible in your account bonus section.
App & Technical

App & Technical Questions

Download, install and troubleshoot the D999 app on your phone.

Visit the App page on D999 and tap the download button for the Android APK file. Before installing, go to your phone's Settings, then Security or Privacy, and enable "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow from this source." Once enabled, open the downloaded APK file and follow the on-screen prompts to install. The process takes about a minute. iOS support information is also available on the App page.

First, check your internet connection — switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that helps. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If using a browser, try the D999 app instead as it is optimised for Pakistan mobile network conditions and typically loads faster. If the issue persists across multiple connections and devices, D999 may be performing brief maintenance — try again after a few minutes.

Yes, provided you download it only from the official D999 App page. The app does not require excessive device permissions — it only asks for what is necessary to run the platform and send you notifications. Never download D999 APK files from third-party websites or unofficial Telegram links, as these may be modified versions that could compromise your account security.

Yes. D999 is fully accessible through any modern browser on PC or laptop — Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari are all supported. The website is responsive and adapts to different screen sizes. No software installation is required for browser play. The same account works across all devices, so your wallet balance and game history are always in sync whether you switch between phone and computer.

When a new version of the D999 app is available, you will usually see an in-app notification prompting you to update. You can also manually check by visiting the App page and comparing your installed version number with the latest release shown there. To update, simply download the new APK from the official page and install it over your existing app — your account data and settings are preserved.

About D999 and Playing in Pakistan

D999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform built with Pakistan players in mind. The platform covers every major area of online gaming — cricket and sports betting, live casino with real dealers, bingo, fish games and a growing library of slots and table games. Everything is accessible in PKR using the payment methods Pakistanis already use daily: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfers.

Cricket is at the heart of the D999 sports betting experience. During PSL season, the platform sees its highest traffic as players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta follow their home franchises. Live in-play betting during T20 matches is particularly popular — the ability to react to a partnership building or a collapse mid-innings makes the game even more engaging. D999 keeps its odds competitive and updates them ball by ball during live cricket.

Responsible Gaming at D999

D999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or recover financial losses. Before playing, set a clear budget in PKR that you are comfortable spending — and stick to it. Time limits are equally important; it is easy to lose track of hours when you are caught up in a PSL match or a live baccarat session.

The platform provides tools to help you stay in control. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. If you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to manage, D999 offers a self-exclusion option that temporarily or permanently restricts access to your account. These features are available to all players and are designed to support healthy gaming habits. D999 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above — under-age gaming is prohibited.
